Orders and Delivery

By placing an order with Aleksandra Apavi, you agree to the terms of payment, delivery and return of the order.

As the delivery of goods by courier takes place during working hours (on working days from 9:00 to 18:00), please indicate the delivery address where you can receive the goods during the working day, for example, at work, at home or elsewhere. In case of change of address or re-delivery, you will be invoiced for additional delivery costs.

Aleksandra Apavi confirms that the personal information you provide will only be used for ordering and delivery purposes.

After ordering with Aleksandra Apavi,

You will receive an email confirming your order. Also, by following the e-mail instructions, you will be able to track the status of your order (received, processing, completed).

If you choose delivery by courier, the courier service representative will specify the delivery time on the day of delivery.

When choosing a parcel delivery, you will receive an SMS and e-mail from Venipak, Omniva as soon as your order is in the parcel machine of your choice. In case of clarification of questions or information, a representative of Aleksandra Apavi will contact you by calling the indicated contact phone number.

Along with the purchase you will receive:

invoice confirming the purchase – 3 copies of the invoice. One copy you sign and return to the courier upon receipt of the order, keep the other copies with you.

Instructions for use of the ordered goods, which must be observed in order to maintain the operation of the guarantee regulated by the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.

Product return / exchange / warranty:

If you do not like or do not like the product ordered by Aleksandra Apavi, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product can be returned together with the bill of lading and an application for the reason for returning the product.

Parcel post:

The goods returned by the Customer are delivered to the Seller of the Goods, where the following conditions are evaluated:

The returned product must not be used (worn), it must be with all labels and in the original packaging,

The product must be packed in such a way that it is not damaged. The shoe box must be packed in any plastic packaging,

Observe! The return address and nothing else may be glued to a shoe box that is not packed in plastic packaging,

If the Seller of the Goods finds that the Customer has used the goods and it is no longer in 100% sales condition and appearance, then the money will not be returned. If the conditions were met, the Seller of Goods is obliged to immediately, not later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s written refusal, refund to the consumer the amount paid for the goods, goods or services until the termination of the contract. The manufacturer, seller or service provider is entitled not to reimburse the consumer for the amount of money paid for the product or thing until the consumer has returned the product or thing or submitted documents confirming the return or shipment of the product or thing.

Return applications:

  • application exchange of goods for another size,

You will receive the money within 7 working days after receiving the goods in our warehouse (except for the delivery fee). The cost of returning the goods – post, courier or transport – must be paid by you.

Shoes purchased in the online store have a 2-year warranty. If you find any damage, please do not make manual repairs or continue to use them, but return them. We will review the problem and agree on the best solution for you. The product will not be changed or repaired if the damage has occurred due to non-compliance with the instructions for use and regulations.

Remember that stock or coupon discounts don’t usually add up.

In some cases, free shipping may be canceled during promotions and coupons.
