These rules apply to all purchases of goods when ordering them in the online store. Please read this document carefully before making your purchase!
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The user is responsible for all activities related to ordering goods: user account registration, posting information to the account, passwords and user account confidentiality.
The user may not pass on the user data and password to third parties. User data may only be used by the specific user (natural person) to whom they have been assigned.
The user is prohibited from performing actions that would be against the security of the system. In the event of a violation, Aleksandra Apavi reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the service without prior notice and without explaining the reason.
The user has the right to cancel the order at any stage of its processing, also within 14 days after receipt of the product. See “Orders and Returns” for more information.
The procedure for applying for and examining a consumer’s claim for a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract, or for the consumer’s rights and obligations, can be read in the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
By placing an order, the user agrees that the submitted data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

SIA 2JS undertakes to ensure the receipt of the goods in the prescribed time and amount in accordance with the description of products and services.
